o Progressive Muscle Relaxation – This involves tensing and relaxing muscles or muscle groups in a given order or systematic manner. This results in the whole body being relaxed.
o Autogenics is a relaxation technique to decrease stress developed by psychiatrist Johannes Schultz. It has been successful used since 1932. It is like a mix of yoga, meditation and visualization.
